Members of the UCCEO traveled to Vienna High School today to share the CEO Experience with the VHS student body! We are excited to support Vienna and Goreville C.U.S.D. #1 as they launch the Johnson County CEO program in the 2025-26 school year!!
VHS showed up this morning! Their students were attentive, interested and so polite during our presentation! Our five team members in attendance, AJCHS students, Cash Hodges, Lucas Salazar, Chesnee Marks, Kenzie Stover and Kyle Conway did a fantastic job sharing their CEO journey to a packed gym! They were joined by a surprise guest, 2022 UCCEO alum and Cobden Jr-Sr High graduate, Olivia Brumleve. Liv is now a senior at SIU and will graduate with her degree in Ag Education this May. We were thrilled to learn she is completing her student teaching at VHS and was able to join us during her prep hour! Talk about a full circle moment?!?!? Our current team members were there to encourage students to apply for a brand new program and were able to share that with an alumni who is getting ready to embark on her career as an educator! 😳😳
CEO promotes SO MANY important opportunities for these young men and women to grow their knowledge of business as well as their skills and experience in community, teamwork, giving back, networking, leadership, professional skills, and lifelong learning. We are so grateful to assist with this new program!!
